Information We May Collect

We collect the following Personally Identifiable Information from users who buy our products and services: name, email address, telephone number, address, and credit card number.

In addition, upon using the Service, individual transaction data obtained from your third-party invoicing or accounting application, (“Quickbooks,” “Xero,” “Clio” etc.) information collected via the browser, user generated content and other information uploaded to the website by the user, in conjunction with your use of the Service may be collected. Information obtained through these means that relates to the user’s client or customer to be invoiced through TattooBookOS.io may at times be referred to as “Third-Party Client Information” throughout this Privacy Policy.

Additional information from or about you may also be collected in other ways, including responses to customer surveys and any communications with our customer service team.

We use “cookies” so that our Website can remember you and provide you with the information you’re most likely to need. For instance, when you return to the Website, cookies identify you and prompt the site to provide your username (not your password), so you can sign in more quickly. Cookies also allow our Website to remind you of your past usage and to suggest similar products and services. Finally, we use information gained through cookies to compile statistical information about use of our Website, such as the time users spend at the site and the pages they visit most often. Those statistics do not include PII.

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Code Of Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate any user account without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the user has engaged in any activity that violates these Terms of Service, including but not limited to posting content that is hateful, discriminatory, or constitutes harassment.

TattooBookOS has the right to terminate a user's account immediately if they violate the code of conduct.  Your account will be locked and you will be sent a warning via email; in extreme cases your account will be removed from our servers without notification.

Beta Testing

While we believe in our product and the thousands of hours over 3 years we have put into it. Beta testing may be delayed by days weeks or months if necessary to test, develop and release the platform at its highest level. Delays are totally normal during the beta testing phase of every software that’s ever been released.

We will alert users in the event of any planned maintenance.

The software may go on or offline for development.

Different versions of the software may be released to different users. The final version of the software will be deployed to all beta testers which may involve the removal of any previous code. We will help users migrate.

We do not support migrating custom changes. Making significant changes to your workflows may prevent us from updating your account.

Certain features may be removed or changed as we develop the platform.

The charges for credits may increase or decrease to account for server costs.

Case Studies

Lower pricing may be offered in exchange for an honest 28 day testimonial to be used in marketing. Please know that if this is offered to you, failure to do the testimonial may result in the suspension of your account as you will be responsible for the remaining and past balance. Group Coaching

Group coaching was invented to help a single person support/help a larger number of people in what’s called a one-to-many online coaching strategy.

Currently, you will get a minimum of two onboarding calls with me or my staff, where we will help you set up everything. It is recommended you set aside 5 hours for each call. If you are not able to complete a call we will try to complete everything in the next, but additional calls may incur additional costs.

A 5-Hr tattoo session is $500 and you are getting two 5-hr blocks of our time. So this is a $1k value. It is a lot of information but I suggest you hang in there and maximize each call. We will schedule additional time if needed on our end, but only if both calls are completed in full.

Transparency

All support will be logged, transcribed, recorded & archived. You will be notified if a recording-transcription is in place. We do this to protect all parties and to provide customer and quality support— no support will be given outside of our servers.

Onboarding and Direct Support

You will have full onboarding & priority support for 90 days after your initial investment. This is called your “Launch Window”. After that you are still welcome to attend the coaching calls, use the community and trainings— we want you to succeed!— but we may prioritize others who are still in their 90-day “launch window”— so we suggest you learn as much as you can and ask questions in your first 90-days.

Please note that the only direct/live support from me is during the weekly coaching calls. These calls are meant to help you with things like sales, marketing, finance, and leadership skills. You can also ask any other questions you may have.

I am active in the community almost every single day, and respond to support emails almost every day.

Private Mentorship & 1:1 Coaching

I do have private 1:1 mentorship packages for business/marketing/e-commerce etc. These start at $10k for 4 weeks with 3-hrs of coaching/week at the lowest tier. Please contact me for additional information.

Because this is a beta test of a group-coaching platform— the course/weekly-group-coaching/community/email-support-tickets are your primary means of support.

Please do not use facebook, instagram, or alternate phone/emails other than the channels listed above as they may be outdated or go unchecked for months or weeks at a time.

The client success portal is your direct and exclusive link to support, if you are not using it you will simply not be able to get support.

Our Use of Personally Identifiable Information

We use your Personally Identifiable Information to create your account, to communicate with you about products and services you’ve purchased, to offer additional products and services, and to bill you. We also use this information to the extent necessary to enforce our Website terms of service and to prevent imminent harm to persons or property.

When you use the Service, including accepting a payment, contacting customer service or requesting technical support, in addition to many other interactions with TattooBookOS.io, we will apply the information that we have collected. TattooBookOS.io may use certain information about you without identifying you as an individual to third parties. We do this for purposes such as analyzing how the Service is used, diagnosing service or technical problems, maintaining security, and personalizing content.

Information that can be used to identify a person is “Personally Identifiable Information”. This does not include information that has been aggregated or made anonymous. All information is securely stored on our servers in the United States. We employ the highest in industry standards to protect Personally Identifiable Information, as well as any information provided relating to your invoiced customers.

Third-party client and customer information, provided to TattooBookOS.io by users, shall be considered confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party, unless required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to conform to the law, or comply with legal process served on us. Such information shall be utilized only for the purpose for which TattooBookOS.io was created, which is to facilitate the billing and collection process for electronic billing of customers and clients.

Although TattooBookOS.io utilizes the highest reasonable levels of data security in the industry, we cannon guarantee the security of PII or other information provided to us. By using our Website, you acknowledge and agree that we make no such guarantee, and that you use our Website at your own risk.

Sharing Personal Information

TattooBookOS.io will not rent or sell your Personal Information to others. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of TattooBookOS.io (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). TattooBookOS.io will share your Personal Information with a limited number of TattooBookOS.io partners for the explicit purpose of providing services to you.
